Situated in Bubenreuth, Germany, the Roth family has continued to preserve their tradition and craftsmanship as stringed instrument makers for more than 100 years. During this long history, the generations of the Roth family have passed on the famous brand name E. H. Roth, which is highly acclaimed even today and received the musical instrument prize awarded by the Prime Minister of Germany (1992). Since 1982, Shimokura Violin has been selling this traditional brand of violin as the exclusive distributor for E. H. Roth instruments in Japan. We feature an extensive lineup for a wide range of customers, from students to master class musicians.
